Started with a vision of more conceptual real estate firms, Norma Franck Homes wanted to bring the style and high standards of Scandinavia to sunny Marbella, Spain. Working with professional photographers, drone videos and beautifully designed prospect brochures, they now offer a service not really seen in this market before. Today they consists of three parts: real estate, investments and interior consultancy, all done in-house. And quickly growing from three to ten employees in a year, they do seem to do something right.
It's always great meeting clients with a clear vision, and after the competitive audit we quickly realised this direction would give them a relatively unchallenged position in the market. Catering mostly to foreigners looking to relocate or getting a summer home, we needed to offer well curated content on how to buy property in Spain. What are the steps to take and how do we make it as easy as possible. Everything gathered in an inspiring purchase guide we turned our attention to the website. Building a premium user experience with advanced filtering (developed by Max Sandelin) to make casually browsing the beautiful listings a pure joy. And staying true to the Scandinavian heritage we went for the "less is more" approach when designing the visual identity, muted colors, simple and clean.
