Premier wants to update our view of staffing and the way we work with human resources. In an increasingly mobile labor market, they believe it's beneficial both to companies and employees if staff is a flexible resource. And in offering companies a simpler way of staffing with the right skills at the right time, and employees a safe job with availability to a larger market. They believe the time of constant compromises for both parties finally is over.
In collaboration with “Hey it’s Enrico Pallazzo” we developed a new brand and communication platform to better suit Premiers position. The problem was their long history in the industrial sector was starting to rub off, they were looking and talking more and more like their clients. Not like a modern service company specialised in people. This made it difficult to attract qualified employees and filling all vacancies as the business kept growing. So we needed to reposition the perception of Premier and highlight all benefits of being employed by, and working with, a staffing firm rather than the old conventional way. We also developed a smart digital sales tool to calculate profits generated by using their services. The logo was then updated to illustrate how Premier really is all about the people. And with a combination of brighter colours, smart copy and illustrations, we set the stage for a more expressive personality and attractive employer.
