They are growing rapidly and needed to attract more qualified employees. But with a substantial history in the industrial sector they were looking more and more as their customers (quite boring actually). And as the primary business here being people, not industry, that needed to change.
In collaboration with “Hey it’s Enrico Pallazzo” we developed a communication platform in a rather cocky tone of voice, explaining to customers why they are better at handling their employees than them. And highlighting to everyone else the real benefits of being employed by a staffing firm rather than the conventional way. The logo was updated to further signify that they really are all about the people. And in combination with brighter colours and illustrations we set the stage for a more personal feel.
