In collaboration with “Hey it’s Enrico Pallazzo” we developed a communication platform with a much more human centered approach, explaining to clients why Premier are better at handling their employees than they are. And highlighting to potential recruits the real benefits of being employed by a staffing firm rather than the old conventional way. The logo was updated to really illustrate Premier being all about the people. And a combination with brighter colours, smart copy and illustrations we set the stage for an expressive personality and a more attractive employer.
