Together with Say Group in-house developers we built this little web based SMS service. An easy way to quickly inform everyone about a new offer, if there's a problem with your service, or maybe just reach the whole soccer team at once with the updated schedules.

Discussing with potential users to define the most fundamental functions we learnt that besides an easy way of handling different contact list, most people just preferred to keep it simple. There's a lot of similar services out there but with too much features and functionality, making them confusing and time-consuming to use. So we really focused on designing the whole user journey from logging in, sending your text and getting your receipt as quick as possible. Then, to emphasise the ease of use, we gave it a friendly and fun logo and 3D illustrations to set the right playful mood.
