It's always great meeting clients with a clear vision, Norma Franck Homes wanted to bring the high standards, service, and minimalistic style of Scandinavia to sunny Spain. Primarily to assist clients from the nordic market in finding their dream home in the sun. And after a competitive audit we quickly realised this direction would give them a relatively unchallenged position.
Catering mostly to foreigners we first needed to offer well curated content on how to buy property in Spain. What are the steps to take and how do we make it as easy as possible. Then a premium web experience with advanced filtering to make casually browsing the listings as smooth as possible. And staying true to the Scandinavian style, we went for the "less is more" approach when developing the brand identity, muted colors, simple and clean.
